My name's Tor and I am a freelance production manager, stage manager and theatre-maker now based in Hull. I used to live in the Toon where I got a First Class BA (hons) in Performance from Northumbria University in 2014 - but I really wish I'd come to Hull Uni instead. I like to work with new and ambitious companies that are trying to bring something fresh and exciting to their audiences. I'm also the stage manager for Middle Child's panto this year and have just returned from a month at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. I have been lucky enough to work across the UK and all over the world, and I'm thrilled to be working on Omni-Science. The thing I'm most looking forward to is Omni getting to meet some new humans in the Fruit Market! My favourite gadget would be my coffee machine - I do not run without it. My most used app is Spotify, as I'm always listening to music or podcasts. My favourite '80s tune has to be 'Cloudbusting' by Kate Bush. Omni-Science runs at the Fruit Market in Hull on Friday 20th and Saturday 21st September 2019. Book your tickets.
