We were one of seven theatre companies who were commissioned to create a brand new piece of work for Assemble Fest 2017 on Saturday the 3rd of June. The show was performed 5 times throughout the day and included one Pay What You Decide showing.
Omni-Science
Omni-Science combines audience interaction in a theatrical setting with DIY live-stream video footage, all wrapped in a darkly comic sci-fi plot. Audiences are invited to technology mogul Sinclair Strata's VIP unveiling of his brand new and life-changing domestic appliance: The Omni- Unit! The investors watch as Sinclair provides a 'flawless' live demonstration of his new robot assistant and are even given control of the robot itself. But try as he might, Sinclair fails to hold his presentation together and he unveils a rather disturbing secret underneath the gloss white domestic bliss that the Omni promises to provide...
